Welcome to K9-Rx. These Terms of Service govern your use of the K9-Rx website and your purchase of K9-Rx products. By using this website, creating an account, placing an order, or enrolling in Autoship, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Information
K9-Rx provides nutritional products for dogs. Information presented on this website is provided for general educational and product-information purposes and is not intended to replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If your dog has a medical condition, is taking medication, has special dietary requirements, or you have questions regarding your dog's health, consult your veterinarian.
Product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, pricing and availability may be updated from time to time. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current.
Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable product charges, shipping charges, discounts or credits, and the order total are displayed before payment.
Payment is processed through our payment processor. By submitting an order, you authorize payment of the amount displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product availability, pricing or technical errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Autoship
Autoship is an optional recurring-order service.
When you enroll in Autoship, you authorize K9-Rx to automatically charge your saved payment method for the product, applicable shipping, and other charges disclosed for each scheduled shipment.
The frequency you select at enrollment determines how often your order renews.
You may cancel Autoship at any time with no cancellation fee. You may also manage available subscription settings through your K9-Rx account.
Cancellation applies to future shipments. If an order has already been processed or shipped before cancellation, that order is subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Autoship orders receive free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Autoship shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses receive a $7.95 shipping credit per shipment, with the customer responsible for any remaining shipping charge.
Shipping charges for applicable destinations are disclosed before initial enrollment. If a shipping-address or quantity change affects the shipping charge, the updated amount will be shown before the change is confirmed.
Shipping
K9-Rx currently ships to eligible U.S. addresses, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, subject to carrier and product restrictions.

Returns and Refunds
K9-Rx offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
The K9-Rx name, trademarks, logos, product presentation, website content, graphics, photographs and other K9-Rx materials are owned by or licensed to K9-Rx and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.
Acceptable Website Use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the service, commit fraud, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, K9-Rx is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
