Where We Ship
K9-Rx ships to eligible addresses throughout the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We do not currently offer general international shipping.
Certain destinations, military addresses or carrier services may be subject to additional carrier, customs or product restrictions.
Contiguous United States
For one-time purchases shipped within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., standard shipping is currently $7.95 per one-time pouch.
Autoship orders receive free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
For mixed orders containing both one-time and Autoship products, the standard shipping charge applies to the one-time pouches while the Autoship portion receives its shipping benefit.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and eligible APO/FPO/DPO military addresses is based on the available carrier rate for the shipment.
One-time purchases pay the applicable shipping charge displayed at checkout.
Autoship shipments receive a $7.95 K9-Rx shipping credit on each shipment. The customer pays only the remaining shipping cost after that credit is applied.
For example, if the carrier shipping rate is $14.67, K9-Rx applies a $7.95 Autoship Shipping Credit and the customer pays $6.72 for shipping.
The applicable shipping charge and Autoship credit are displayed before payment.
Autoship Renewal Shipping
When an Autoship order requires paid shipping, the shipping amount shown after the Autoship credit at enrollment becomes the shipping amount for future scheduled shipments.
If you later change the shipping address or quantity and the shipping cost changes, the updated shipping amount will be shown before you confirm the change.
Changing only the Autoship frequency does not by itself change the shipping amount.
Shipping Services
K9-Rx uses available shipping services appropriate for the destination. For destinations requiring live carrier pricing, the service and shipping charge are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, destination, weather, holidays or circumstances outside K9-Rx's control.
Military Addresses
APO/FPO/DPO shipments may be subject to U.S. Postal Service requirements, customs documentation, destination restrictions and other military-mail rules.
If we are unable to fulfill an order to a particular military destination, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact K9-Rx as soon as possible if you discover an address error.
Once an order has entered carrier processing, we may not be able to change or redirect it.
